Have our Hospitals ready for service!

I am not even talking about equipments for bed and bath!
Only one who has been committed to public hospitals (as I was) Knows how we had to fight to have a sheet to cover at night in the hospital.
How about the mosquitoes that we saw everywhere??
I forgot: Cleaning supplies!
Even as an outsourced service, is poorly done in most hospitals!
DECENT MEAL!!
